Who we are
Dee Dee Sale (deedeesale.com) is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Account: email address and name
- Profile: phone, address and photo, if you add them
- What you publish: ads, photos, messages and reviews
- Identity verification (only if you choose it): document details, document photos and a short face video
- Payments: amount, reference and the payment provider's reference — never your full card details
- Technical: IP address, country, device and browser, sign-in history
- Messages you send us through Contact Us
Why we use it
To run your account and our services, to keep the website safe and stop fraud, to take payments, to verify identities, to answer you, and to meet legal duties. Visit statistics (Google Analytics and similar) are used only when they are switched on.
Who receives it
Payment providers (to take your payment), our email delivery service (to send you codes and notices) and our hosting and security providers. Authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How we protect it
Verification documents and other sensitive data are stored encrypted; sign-in codes are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form; staff access is limited and recorded.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. Verification files are deleted when you cancel the request or delete your account; sign-in history after 180 days; payment records as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, to limit or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
Children
Dee Dee Sale is not for children under 13.
