Why should I verify my store?
A verified store shows the verified tick, which buyers trust more, and it is needed for business packages.
What do I need for store verification?
Your store's key details, your name, date of birth and address in your profile, photos of an official document and, when asked, a short face video. Start at My account → Verify my store.
How long does verification take?
Our staff check every request by hand. You receive an email as soon as it is approved, sent back for a fix, or declined.
Is my document safe?
Yes. Files are encrypted, only authorised staff can open them, and they are deleted if you cancel the request. See the Identity Verification Terms.
