Your email address and name — to create your account, sign you in with email codes and send you important messages.

Profile

Phone number, address and photo, if you add them — to show buyers who you are and how to reach you.

Ads, store and messages

What you post and send — to show your ads and store and deliver messages between members. They are also checked when an ad or a member is reported.

Identity verification

Your document, details and face video — only to verify your identity, as set out in our Identity Verification Terms.

Payments

The amount, our payment reference and the provider's reference — to confirm payments, start plans and handle refunds. We never store full card numbers.

Security

IP address, country, device, browser and sign-in history — to protect accounts and stop fraud and misuse, as set out in How We Use Data for Security.

What we never do

We never sell your data and never use your identity documents for advertising.

Your choices

You can change your profile at any time in My account, and ask us to see, correct or delete your data.
