When we act

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks our terms, puts other members at risk, is involved in fraud, or was taken over through its owner's fault.

What happens

A suspended member cannot sign in. Their ads, store and other content are hidden — not deleted — while the suspension lasts. We email the reason and how long it lasts.

How long

A suspension lasts from 1 day to 1 year, or is permanent. When a time-limited suspension ends, the account and its content come back by themselves.

Paid plans

Plans, packages and promotions are not refunded and are not extended for the time an account was suspended.

If you think a suspension is a mistake, write to us on the Contact Us page with your account email.

Serious cases

Fraud, forged documents, selling or sharing an account, and an account taken over through its owner's fault lead to a permanent suspension.
