Our role
Dee Dee Sale is a classified ads platform. We are not the seller, the buyer or an agent of either. A sale is a contract only between the buyer and the seller.
Money between buyers and sellers
Payment for items is made directly between the buyer and the seller. We do not receive, hold or guarantee this money. We are not responsible for any loss, non-payment, non-delivery, fraud or dispute that comes from a deal — whether it was arranged through our chat or outside the website.
Before you pay
- Meet in a safe public place and check the item first
- Do not pay a deposit or transfer money before you have seen the item
- Be careful with prices that seem too good to be true
- Never share your sign-in codes or bank passwords with anyone
Delivery
If an item is sent, the buyer and the seller agree on delivery and its cost between themselves.
Disputes
Buyers and sellers settle disputes between themselves. You can report a member or an ad to us; we may limit or suspend accounts that cheat, but we cannot recover money.
Chat
Keep conversations in our chat when you can — it helps us check reports. Be careful with links and payment requests from people you do not know.
Verified sellers
A verified tick means our staff checked the seller's identity. It is not a guarantee of the item or of the deal.
