What you can buy

• Ad promotions: back to top, Top ad, Featured and auto back to top
• Extra ads above your free ads for the month
• Business packages — a verified seller subscription; you need a verified identity to buy one

Price and period

The price and the number of days are shown before you pay. A plan or package starts once the payment is confirmed and ends when its days are over. It does not renew by itself.

Payment

You pay through our payment providers, for example by card or PromptPay. We never store your full card number.

No refunds

All plans, packages and promotions are non-refundable once paid. This includes unused days, stopping early, an ad you removed or that was removed for breaking the rules, and an account suspended for breaking our terms. The only exceptions are payment errors on our side — a double charge, a wrong amount, or a plan that never started because of a fault on our side — as set out in our Refund Policy.

Price changes

We may change prices for future purchases. A plan you have already bought keeps the price you paid.

Payment reference

Every payment has a reference that starts with PAY-. Keep it — you need it if you contact us about a payment.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails or is still pending, the plan does not start. If money left your account but the plan did not start, contact us with the payment reference.
