Account Rules
One person, one account
Your account is for you alone. Use your real name and an email address that only you control, and keep your details up to date.
Not allowed
- Selling, renting, giving away or transferring your account
- Letting anyone else sign in to your account or sharing your sign-in codes
- Signing in to someone else's account
- Opening new accounts to get around a suspension or limit
- Fake accounts, or pretending to be another person or business
Shops and companies
A shop or company may use one account run by its owner or a person they authorise. The account holder is responsible for everything done on it.
If these rules are broken
We may limit, suspend or close the account, hide its ads and store, and refuse a new account. Paid plans are not refunded.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time on the Contact Us page. Some records are kept where the law requires it.
Accurate information
Keep your name, contact details and store details true and up to date. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we may limit an account whose details are false.
Your content
You own what you post. While it is live, you allow us to show it on the website and in our apps. You are responsible for it, and it must follow our rules for posting ads.
